I have had my truck in several times. I have a rattle in the door they can’t stop. I’ve been told it’s the 4 wheel drive, loose material in the door and the last time the door regulator. They replace the regulator and put foam in the door to secure the loose material I still have the rattle. I have also complained about the seat detection for seat belts and occupants. The dealership and sales team went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience.
Brought my vehicle in for a recall item. They ended up recommending repairs that were not needed (one I had personally done just 2 weeks prior). When confronted they admitted they didn't check anything they just recommended a bunch of items based on the vehicle mileage. Very poor service & personnel is not trustworthy. I would never bring a vehicle here again.

BE CAREFUL if you’re buying from Waxahchie Ford. My husband and I found two used expeditions online listed at around 41 to 43K. Went in here yesterday to check out the one with less miles for 43K. It had a ton wrong with it cosmetically on the interior, like giant scratch marks from a dog on the inside of the trunk door, a cracked mirror, etc.. They ran my husband‘s credit. Needed service on my car. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Everyone in the service area was professional, helpful and friendly. I had about a 30 or 45 minute wait while they worked on my car. I was kept informed of progress. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

My experience with Justin Bowers was extremely disappointing. When I purchased my truck from him, he was friendly and attentive. He promised he would “hook me up” with some merchandise as part of the purchase. However, when I later followed up regarding that merchandise, his attitude completely changed.
He became rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, and highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my question in a respectful manner, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and inappropriate. They will tell you anything to get the sale. Buyer beware, lots of half truths. The sales experience was good, then I find out that the oil hadn't been changed in 5000 miles and they didn't replace the warn out air filters. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing, I needed around $200 in fixes. Complained, but no satisfaction.

This dealer advertises a vehicle and then add another $10,000. of extras. To me this is misleading and illegal. If you have all this tints waxes wheel locks warranties already included on the total cost of the vehicle advertise it with the that total. I will be buying the same vehicle From Johnsons Auto group where they sell the vehicle for the advertised price.

Crooks. The last 2 times I’ve taken my truck to there service department they have tried to charge me additional labor stating my extended warranty I bought from ford approved the repair but not enough labor. As soon as I tell them I’ll call warranty department they say let them try to handle it. Within a few minutes they call back and say they took care of it. This is just them trying to screw people out of additional money. Like I said it’s happened twice. Crooks. I will never do business with again

Totally disrespectful service. Changed my battery unnecessarily and at the price of 600 dollars. My jeep didn’t even start. This was after the locked my keys in the car and used my AAA to open the doors. They thanked me for being a customer by sitting down in the office and lying about the service hours after I took an Uber ( 70) to pick up my truck because their website had hours that were different from what I was told when I arrived.
I can always count on Waxahachie Ford for great and friendly service. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from them. Chris McNeil was knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my needs. He also made sure all the necessary documents were collected before we started the process resulting in smoother and faster service. I was only there for less than two hours, leaving with my brand new Bronco. I love it!
